CastPost (alpha version) is a video & audio clips sharing services as like YouTube did. but CastPost has limitation of 100MB spaces only. Compared to YouTube, no space limit! just a single files limit to 100MB per video and you can upload unlimited amount of video.

CastPost can share Quicktime video, Realplayer and Window media files. erm.. you can see it for yourself.
